Strand, the Boutique collects a limited amount of personal information from you in certain areas of Strand, the Boutique.

Personal Information.  Strand, the Boutique does not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly.  Strand, the Boutique does not require that you register or provide information to generally view pages on our website. Strand, the Boutique collects personal information such as names, addresses, zip codes, and e-mail addresses only when voluntarily submitted.

Order Information.  Strand, the Boutique will also use information gathered on this website to process your orders. If you purchase a product through Strand, the Boutique, certain personally identifiable information will be requested from you during checkout. You will be required to provide contact information (such as name, shipping address, phone number, and email) and payment information (such as credit card number, expiration date and csv code). The information you provide Strand, the Boutique will be used for billing purposes to process your orders. This is information can also be used to contact you if we experience trouble processing your orders.

Strand, the Boutique collects the information described above through our website. In the case of third party features such as advertising, co-branded areas or links to other websites, such third parties may also collect information. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Strand, the Boutique will not knowingly collect or accept personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 without a parent or guardian’s prior consent. Strand, the Boutique will also allow the parent or guardian of a user under the age of 13 to review, update, change, delete or refuse to permit further collection of any and all information collected by the Website. A child's personally identifiable information will be treated with the same care and respect as an adult's information. Each of these third parties may have a privacy policy different from our own. Strand, the Boutique is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties. NOTE: Strand, the Boutique gift cards are sold online via giftbar.com, please read their privacy policy prior to purchase.

7. Security procedures we use:
Strand, the Boutique is very concerned with the security of your personally identifiable information and take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
